ANNUAL GARAGE BOOKING NOTICE Please read if you annualy hire garages with us
Hello,
If you would like to book a garage for an event here after 1st November 2011, you must pay when the booking is made. Due to no shows, late cancellations, changes to booking details and non payment of garages, we are no longer carrying over annual bookings.
Please note we will be clearing all annual garage bookings from 1st of November 2011 (unless you have confirmed and paid for a garage by the 1st of June 2011). These garages will be made publically available from the 1st of June 2011 if we have not heard from you by this date.
No refunds will be given for cancellations. You may on sell your garage if you decide not to race at the event and Taupo Motorsport must be notified of the new hirer as soon as possible.
If you wish to confirm a garage from 1st of November 2011 or beyond, please contact us via email or phone and we can arrange a payment option.
